1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All Nanirora products are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or special promotions.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
We offer the following fixed shipping rates. Total shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
United States (Domestic)
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping Fee: $5.99 Flat rate
International Orders
- Transit Time: 7–12 business days
- Shipping Fee: $10.99 Flat rate
Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status directly on our website or the carrier's tracking page.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Turn the garment inside out to protect the print. Wash in cold water (30°C/86°F) on a delicate cycle (around 600 rpm) using a soft detergent. Avoid fabric softener, bleach (even non-chlorine if possible), dry cleaning, and using a dryer to prevent fading, shrinkage, or damage to the print.

At Nanirora, we specialize in made-to-order apparel printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Policy

We accept return or refund requests within 30 days from the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order.
Return Conditions
Because Nanirora products are made to order, returns are not required for approved defective or incorrect items.
In rare cases where a return is requested, items must be unused and in original condition.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue and your order number must be provided within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom made items without defects.
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or design.
- Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- The order was canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
- The item arrived damaged or defective and does not require a return.
- The item received is significantly different from the order details.
Partial Refund or Replacement

- A partial refund if the item is still usable and you choose to keep it.
No Refunds
- Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or customs processing.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order for a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded unless defective.
