Shipping Policy

At Nanirora, we are committed to transparency and honesty. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All Nanirora products are made to order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

We offer the following fixed shipping rates. Total shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

United States (Domestic)

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping fee:
    • $6.99 for the first item
    • +$3.30 for each additional item

International Orders

  • Transit time: 7–12 business days
  • Shipping fee:
    • $12.99 for the first item
    • +$5.00 for each additional item

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status directly on our website or the carrier's tracking page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
