At Nanirora, we specialize in made-to-order apparel printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Policy

Return Window

We accept return or refund requests within 30 days from the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order.

Return Conditions

Because Nanirora products are made to order, returns are not required for approved defective or incorrect items.

In rare cases where a return is requested, items must be unused and in original condition.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue and your order number must be provided within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom made items without defects.
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

  • The order was canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective and does not require a return.
  • The item received is significantly different from the order details.

Partial Refund or Replacement

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement item.
  • A partial refund if the item is still usable and you choose to keep it.

No Refunds

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or customs processing.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the order has entered production.
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1. Contact Us

Email us at support@nanirora.com within 30 days from the delivery date and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Step 2. Review & Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Step 3. Resolution

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund without requiring a return.

If a return is required, we will provide detailed instructions by email.

4. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order for a full refund.

After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded unless defective.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
