- All products are made to order, so only defective orders qualify for returns or refunds.
All Nanirora products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Once your item enters production (usually within a few hours), we cannot cancel, return, or refund non-defective orders.
1) Returns & Refunds for Defective or Wrong Items
If we made an error — wrong item, print defect, damage, or manufacturing issue — you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
You do not need to send the item back.
Please send clear photos of the issue along with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2) Non-defective Items (Change of Mind or Wrong Size)
For size, color, or order changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the item enters printing, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective reasons.
3) Return Eligibility
Nanirora products are made to order, which means they cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production defect, we will replace it or refund it at no cost. Photos must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Note: Slight color differences due to screen variations are not considered defects.
4) Return Condition & Fees
If we ever request a return (rare), items must be in new condition.
No restocking fees.
Return shipping is not required unless we specifically request it.
5) Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
